We believe the content taught at the conference is important in order for our moving consultants to properly explain the moving process to our customers to ensure that there are no surprises. Establishing clear expectations regarding a move is critical, particularly relating to long distance moving. Our philosophy is simple: ensure that our customers know exactly what to expect, both in terms of price and service so there are no surprises during a move.
